An hour session with a detailed history taken so the best treatment plan can be devised for you. A treatment will also be part of this session. Any herbs/supplements that are prescribed come at an additional cost.

A 45 or 60 minute massage where focus can be on one or a few areas, or a general all over massage. Oil is used as part of this massage, but you are welcome to provide your own oil, if required. Any herbs/supplements prescribed come at an additional cost.
